Who this app is for

JobsAdmire Partners is a companion to the JobsAdmire web Portal (portal.jobsadmire.com), used by employer HR agencies and sourcing agencies to manage cross-border recruitment.

Access requires an active partner account issued by JobsAdmire. Administrative and internal-staff functions are handled on the web Portal, not in the App.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number, used to sign you in and identify your activity.

Candidate information you upload: as part of the recruitment workflow, partner users upload information and documents about the candidates (workers) they represent — including names, photos, passport scans, CVs and short introduction videos. This concerns third-party candidates and is processed under the partner agreement between the agency and JobsAdmire and the candidate’s own consent obtained by the partner.

Content you create: notes and messages you add to candidate or placement records.

Device identifiers: a push-notification token (from Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can deliver notifications, and a server-side user and partner identifier used for authentication and audit.

Diagnostics: if enabled, anonymised crash reports and performance data (app version, operating-system version) to help us diagnose problems. Personal data is scrubbed from these reports.

Information we do not collect

The App does not collect your device location (approximate or precise), your contacts, health or fitness data, financial or payment information, or your browsing or search history.

The App contains no advertising and does not use an advertising identifier.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the recruitment workflow (jobs, candidates, interviews, placements and documents); to authenticate you and keep your account secure; to send transactional notifications; and to diagnose and fix technical problems.

We do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking, and we do not sell your data.

How information is shared

We share data only as needed to run the service: with Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications; with our crash-reporting provider (Sentry) for diagnostics when enabled; and, when you use the CV-share feature, with a messaging provider to deliver a share link to a recipient phone number you provide.

We do not share your data with data brokers, advertising networks or analytics companies.

The JobsAdmire “firewall” keeps employer and sourcing agencies isolated: partners never see one another’s identity or contact details.

Data security

Data transmitted between the App and our servers is protected using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Your authentication token is stored in the device’s secure storage (Keychain on iOS, encrypted preferences on Android). Access to partner data is restricted to your own account and enforced on our servers.

Data retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App, or by emailing privacy@jobsadmire.com.

Children

The App is intended for professional use by employees of registered HR agencies and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
